- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Returned items will be subject to a restocking feeof 15%.
- All items must be returned in the original containers.
- CD/DVD's can only be returned if unopened/unsealed.
- Products being exchanged for size/color will incur an additional $5 shipping fee.
- Apparel can only be returned/exchanged in new condition, they can not be worn, washed or soiled.
- You must receive a RMA Number prior to sending anything back to us. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You MUST include your order number in this request.

We ship items Monday - Friday.
We do not ship on major US holidays.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receipt.
Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Post Office Box Customers please note:
UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via USPS (US Postal Service) regardless of the requested shipping option.

All international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. International tax and duty charges are not controlled by us. Please consult your local customs office for guidelines on what products may be charged additional tax and/or duties.
